We have five rooms available, including a family room with a double & 2 single beds, a triple with 3 single beds and 3 double rooms. Each room comes with a TV, tea and coffee making facilities and an en-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. For breakfast there's a self-service area for hot & cold drinks, toast & cereals; with cooked breakfasts available as well. Prices are per room per night, with the option to add continental or full English breakfast for an extra fee. We allow dogs but there is an add on charge of £10 per stay. Modbury is a good central base for beach-goers but also close to Plymouth & Exeter, as well as Dartmoor.
